Stayed Jan 15, 2026Windows are not sealed properly. We noticed rain water inside on every window though those were closed. We could smell some odors, could be from the wetness.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Due to a communication issue, check in was inconvenient. The owner apparently gave us check in instructions via the VRBO app and not through my e-mail address. I was able to get a message to the owner through a VRBO rep and the matter was settled, with just a minor inconvenience.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Two things, first the silver runner that is btw the MBR and the DR has a nail sticking up and I stepped on it a few times. Didn’t pierce my skin but it was painful. I’ll mark it w/some tape. Secondly, the large couch while comfortable, causes you to sink and it’s difficult to get up off of. Perhaps a board under the cushions would help. It’s a sofa bed and most tend to cause that problem. Otherwise, it’s a nice first floor apt. Only wish there was more sun coming through the windows.

Stayed Jan 8, 2023We had the opportunity to spend two months at Terrance Ridge Circle. The grounds are well maintained and give an overall welcoming appearance. The hot tub and pool is a great place to spend the afternoon and time to relax in the loungers. The condo itself has everything you need to make it an enjoyable vacation. Gerardo was very helpful and made sure that our vacation went smoothly. We would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Stayed Jun 3, 2021We stayed here for our family trip to Disney and SeaWorld. I must say I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean and spacious. The host Gerardo made communication very easy and was open to any concerns or questions I had. It definitely met our expectations and family needs. My daughter loved it. The pool was her favorite. Thanks Gerardo!
