    The property would have been amazing in it's hey day - brilliant location. Unfortunately the owner has not taken the time to ensure the property meets the expectations of the holiday maker, with the furnishing being very old, dirty and uncomfortable. Cate from Noosa Holiday Rentals - Utopia was fabulous and we would definately contact her for future holiday accommodation.

    Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The decks weren’t clean and needed a sweep and some of the chairs needed a wipe but everything else was good.

    From the moment of 1st enquiry, the agents communication, friendliness & willing to help was amazing. The property itself was spectacular. Waking up everyday to the stunning view of the river, to sitting on the balcony reading a book & being centrally located to great shops, eateries & leisure activities right at our fingertips, we felt really at home. The beautiful spa bath was an added bonus & got used frequently. The property was very clean & airy. Only a few things to mention :- 1) The oven was difficult to work out how to use it 2) the button on the toilet in the ensuite needs fixing, often got stuck 3) would be nice to have a smart TV with Netflix/Foxtell so that you could watch football (especially for the Melbourne visitors in Winter) Other than that I would highly recommend staying here and we will hope to come back & stay again.

    Lovely apartment with everything we needed Beds and shower excellent, well equipped and secure. Lovely outlook from spacious front deck and views of Noosa River from front rooms. Short walk to some great shops and restaurants/cafes. We'll return.

    What a gorgeous property, very tastefully decorated throughout. Very clean and tidy. Great location directly across the road from Noosa River. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. You can’t help the weather and it rained for much of our stay. Some Wi-Fi and Netflix, etc would have helped in the rainy days. The property has loads of space and our teenager had his own room and lounge room, which was great when we all wanted our own space and privacy. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely stay here again on future trips to Noosa. Thank you to the host for providing such a beautiful place to stay.

    Great position Walking distance to very good restaurants Walking distance to supermarket View over the river Handy to ferry and bus stops Only down side (and not a deterrent) is the parking space provided for the car.

    We had a fantastic stay, perfect location with river views. The kids loved the private plunge pool, separate kids living & TV. Two separate ducted AC is clever as are the electronic blinds and big corner stacker doors to open up to the outside Alfresco. Cafes are only a minute from the front gate as is the river to take your SUP or fishing rod The carport is a bit tight for a big SUV & a garage would be nice but the size of the unit makes up for it
