I absolutely love this place. I have stayed here several times and it is such a delight. Check in is simple and straightforward. And the host is fantastic. She communicates effectively and offers great customer service.

This was the perfect stay. Location, amenities everything waa perfect. The space was just right for myself. I think another adult and small child would be comfortable here.

Had to book a last minute stay as travel plans shifted, and I'm happy to have found this place! Everything was clean, it was the perfect amount of space for me, and it was within driving distance of the events I went too. Host was communicative and check in/out was great/easy. It's a bit off the beaten path but as a solo traveler I never felt unsafe or uneasy staying there.

This is my second time renting this private suite. I recommend it. It is spotless and very well decorated. It has a full kitchen and huge bathroom.The owner takes very good care of this unit. I look forward to rent again in the near future.

We had an awesome stay! The unit was spotless upon arrival. Check in/out was the easiest I've ever had. It's close enough to everything but far enough to avoid the crowds. We will definitely stay again on our next trip if it's available.

I am not a person that leaves reviews normally but this time I must. This place exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful! Extremely clean, neatly decorated. It is a private suite just as advertised. I will certainly be staying here again and recommend to friends and family. Excellent place!!!

It was a very nice little place very clean everything you can need in a one night stay for a night in Tampa.

We really enjoyed this quaint rental. Everything was super cute and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We were happy with our stay, found the layout odd. Having to walk through the bathroom to get to bedroom? A couch in the kitchen and the refrifgerator on an angle as if it were a center piece. But thats all decor taste. The only one BIG negetive was there wasn't even a bar of soap in the bathroon. I found that very cheap and not OK, even though we carry our own soap and toiletries.

The property was located on the corner of a quiet street. It was clean and provided all the necessary amenities we needed for our stay. The location provided easy access to activities, restaurants and shopping. The beach was farther than expected, but was a beautiful coastal drive. We would recommend staying here to those looking for a central location.

We arrived late and let the owner know, they were fine with that. When we arrived it was smaller than it appeared in the picture, but was very clean and comfortable. We were only there two nights, but was just perfect for us. The location was perfect, we wanted to go to the zoo.

Super clean! Quiet! Privacy on the patio was great.The bed was very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. When booking places we always have that fear of being scammed….. this place is legit .

Lovely decor, floor plan slightly odd but my trip was quick and I was mostly out of the room. I was a bit early but cleaning crew invited me to go in as soon as they were done.

We were in town for a Tampa Bay football game and found this place perfect for our quick weekend trip. The place was exactly as described. The only thing that wasn't as shown in the picture is that the window a/c was replaced by a mini-split, which kept the temperature perfect. The owner was great at communicating all the necessary information. We will definitely be sharing this place with family members when they go to visit my nephew.
