STUNNING NOOSA RIVER VIEWS

Very comfortable. Great position next to the river. A little further out from Noosaville than we had anticipated. Might be an idea to put a small sign downstairs explaining where the pool is!

The apartment has a wonderful location overlooking the Noosa River. Its main living space is large, with a nice dining and sitting room. One bedroom is a good size with an en suite and plenty of storage. Some cabinets are water damaged and need replacing. The other bedroom is smaller, with twin beds and with use of a separate shower and separate toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer (the washing machine filter was full of tightly packed fluff which I removed). Aircon works really well and is quiet. The kitchen is well equipped but in need of an upgrade and deep clean. The extractor fan was covered in grease and some surfaces were grubby. The cooker was not very clean. The pans really need replacing, particularly the fry pans. New cutlery is needed so there are proper sets rather than student-level collections. The garage is small but we managed to get a Camry in it with a bit of care. Street parking is free. The pool is small but pleasant. The location is great. The marina is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away and has a couple of cafes and the brilliant ferry. Overall, we loved our stay and would return. It’s much nicer than Noosa town - peaceful, no crowds and a lovely environment. The letting agents are helpful and friendly. Recommended!

5 star for everything except that one has to leave boat trailer on the street. This was our second stay and will be back one day.

Stunning180 degree river front views , quiet & private location just a short drive to shops & cafes. Very comfortable beds & sofas , would definitely stay here again. Would have been nice to have had some lounge chairs on the balcony to be able to comfortably relax with a book & enjoy the views Only downside was the bedroom blinds were only sunshades & let too much light in.

We had a great stay at this property. Location is great with it being right on the river and close to public transport. The agents were great to deal with check in check out very efficient. Only feedback room blinds are thin so the room is very bright makes a little hard to stay in bed if you are a light sleeper once the sun is up. Overall great property.

The only problem with this property is the small size of the garage.

Only a couple of small things that would make a big difference - the lack of replacement bin bags, and washing up liquid was a bit mean considering the cost, main bed needs replacing.

This luxurious apartment is world class and is situated in an absolute riverfront location. The real estate added to our experience by being professional and communicating well for a seamless check in and departure.

Whilst we loved the unit especially if you want to escape the madness of Central Noosa we arrived and informed of the unit next door was under internal refit and whilst not ideal for short bursts of loud noise the builders were generally able to keep noise down . Very spacious two bedroom two bathroom clean except for builders dust

The photos online are a true reflection of the property. Single flight of steps to a first floor apartment directly overlooking the Noosa River. Perfect for accessing water activities (kayak, fishing, swimming) and great to have a lock up garage for storage. Would love to go back!
