Stunning Gulf front condo w/shared pools, hot tub, Roman spa, sauna, & game room

The condo was very spacious for our family. However, the appliances need to be updated. The dishwater leaked when the sink faucet was turned on which caused us to constantly have to clean water off the floor. The oven door was loose and almost fell off which could have been a big mess with glass. The master bed room tv did not work and the king size bed could use a mattress topper or new mattress. Some of the chair legs were broken around the table which was also dangerous.

The condo was nice and spacious. The resort amenities were nice. The elevators are the worse part of the resort! You will wait forever! The balcony needs more chairs, 2 are not enough especially with the size of the condo. The fact we couldn’t check in even 2 hours early despite the condo not be rented out the night before will deter me from reserving another condo through Vacasa. We have never had an issue checking in early if the condo was ready. Also another thing we didn’t appreciate was a service technician coming in our condo while our son was in the bathroom and we weren’t given any prior notice! It freaked him out!

The condo was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The management company Vacasa was very easy to deal with and they are on-site as well as 24 hour security which i liked. For as nice as the condo was i would have liked an updated living room set. The couch and love seat are very outdated and not comfortable but in saying that it would not stop me from coming back and staying in this unit again. I was also a little disappointed in the size of the balcony but the views of the ocean were magnificent not to mention seeing the sea turtles, dolphins playing and stingrays...bring some binoculars...you won't be sorry. The elevator wait was a bit long, especially at check in and out times but the Tidewater has 30 floors and alot of units and being on the 28th floor was more than worth the wait. All-in-all, I do not consider this a bad review, it was a wonderful vacation and I will definitely be coming back again, hopefully the penthouse will be available!!

The only complaint I have is the elevator. All I can say is I hope there is never a fire. It’s HORRIFIC. I rarely complain but there would be be waits of up to an hour or more. There are not enough elevators for this large condo. The unit itself was great. We enjoyed the view. It’s too bad the elevators are terrible.

View from the 28th condo is amazing. We stayed for 5 days. Condo is bit old with old torn patio furniture. TV technology and internet hardware needs upgrade, since I had teen age kids they couldn’t stream any of their devices to the TV . They got bored in the condo. Bed room window view is beautiful. You can see whole sea shoreline on both sides. Kitchen is well equipped, but need better quality utensils. They are very thin plastics, bends while using. Cannot even mix a soup. When you stay for more than 2 days these small things matter. All bedrooms are decorated nicely. Big and specious closets . Elevator wait is something you need to be Mentally prepared for. They have 7 elevators but still you have to wait 10 min minimum with several stops. Our maximum wait is 30 min , and every time elevator comes to your floor is full. Over all stay is excellent.

Nice place to stay in while there for a short few days for the World Series.

We plan to rent again for next year!
