Stunning downtown studio with private deck and parking

Great little unit close to campus (we were there for MSU related reasons). Really appreciated the off-street carport parking. The king size bed was SO comfortable. Property manager was an excellent communicator when it came to any questions we had. Yes, we highly recommend this place.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was once again fabulous! Walking distance to downtown Bozeman but still private. Perfect for a couple.

Perfect place to hub our adventures- great kitchen space even allowed us to have a few friends over for New Year’s pregame Excellent communication when any question arose / would recommend adding some description to the listing for amenities that are there like curling iron and hair dryer (great to knowing how to pack) we will stay there again when we come back - J and A

Perfect location for walking to main street. Nice size studio with full kitchen, and laundry. Although we didn't use them because of the snow, the bikes were a nice addition instead of having to drive.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The location, the accommodations are excellent! This is a light, bright space that feels new and well-cared for. I was especially grateful to be able to extend my stay an extra night! Thank you and I hope to stay here again!

I loved staying her. Loved the deck. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The floor plan was very good. Location was convenient to downtown. Some food storage containers would be helpful for leftovers. Foil and/or plastic wrap would be helpful.

Studio was exactly as shown in photo’s. We really enjoyed the outside deck for coffee prior to going on our excursions. Location was very quiet and close to downtown Bozeman and stores. Served our purpose very well.

Not to be picky, but as I am tall, I could see the top of fridge, oven hood had not been cleaned in a long time. Microwave really dirty too. Wanted you to know in case you are paying for the service. Overall nice place though

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights to explore Yellowstone National Park and learn how to fly fish. Our stay in this home was lovely. Parking spot for our rental car, cozy outdoor deck with sofa and BBQ. The bathroom was great and my daughter enjoyed the king sized bed (I got the sleep sofa). We walked ten minutes each night to Main Street to get dinner. It was perfect as I could have a couple adult beverages at dinner and have a quick and safe walk back our home. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had all the amenities you'd expect. It's not a luxurious home, but that's not what we expected. We wanted a centrally located VRBO, with parking, two beds, a nice bathroom and kitchen should we be so inclined. And our trip was to spend time in nature, not inside a building. The owner was incredibly responsive, quick in all communication, and provided all necessary information. I would stay at this location again FOR SURE, should I find myself in Bozeman again with a small party of guests. This is ideal for 1-3 people...this is not great for larger parties. But I promise you will not be disappointed by staying here. Loved it.

For a couple, or single traveler...I don't think you can beat this location or value. Very close to campus, even closer to downtown. Very clean and stylish, yet cozy property. I will definitely be looking for availability at this property for future visits!

This is a great spot to explore Bozeman from. We skied Big Sky and explored Bozeman with this as our base camp. So nice and clean. Best VRBO we have stayed in when we visit the Bozeman area. Highly recommend.

This is such a great little place with lots of character. Modern appliances and the washer/dryer were very much appreciated, as well as the HUGE shower! Within walking distance to downtown Bozeman. A perfect base camp for our Yellowstone adventure!

Wonderful rental - exactly as described. Great location within walking distance to downtown Main Street, trails at Peet's Hill and Montana State's campus. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and grilled one night. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for cooking. We would love to stay again on a future visit to Bozeman

The property is (or looks) very new. Perfect space for a couple, maybe with kids. Very contemporary, quiet, and comfortable. Very well-kept, safe neighborhood. Easy five block walk to Main St with many, many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We'll definitely be back! We'll definitely be back!

We have stayed in dozens of ArBnb and VrBos and this property is near the top. Everything is brand new which helps but the sheltered parking, use of bicycles, kurig coffee, great location 5 blocks from Main Street, makes it special.

The space is only a short walk from the Main Street of down town but the neighborhood is very quiet. The bed and couch were super comfortable The place was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment was clean, the location great, and check in easy. The sunny porch and comfortable furniture was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing, we walked and used the cruiser bikes everywhere. It’s the perfect little sanctuary for a Bozeman trip. King bed is a huge plus! We will be coming back and referring all our friends!
