Stunning 1,200 square foot apartment with oversize windows, an open layout, and city/lake views in multiple directions. This bright and modern two bedroom, one bathroom corner unit is perfect for travelers looking for a stylish escape in the sky in downtown Chicago just off the Magnificent Mile and the lakefront. The building has great amenities including an amazing rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the skyline and the lake. This is the best location in the city!

TheSpace:
Located on a high floor in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago! Once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled space with large windows overlooking the neighborhood.

Interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishings reflect that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on.

The kitchen and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 2 counter stools for the kitchen and a 4 person dining table. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace.

For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

We also provide towels, iron, cleaning supplies, etc. and you have full access to the building's 24/7 laundry room (card operated). The apartment has ample closet space.

The building has a doorman and great amenities including a gym, a rooftop terrace with sun beds and lounge seating, a gourmet coffee shop, and an indoor club room with a pool table that can be enjoyed during colder weather. The panoramic city and lake views from the rooftop are truly awesome year-round!

Guest Access:
You'll have complete and private access to our apartment. You will also have access to all of the building's shared amenities (rooftop deck, gym, club room, business center, etc).

The Neighborhood:
Located in a leafy, upscale neighborhood just off Michigan Avenue in one of the most central locations in the entire city! You are surrounded by world-class architecture, shopping, beaches, parks, and other sites within walking distance. From our place, you can easily walk to the Magnificent Mile, Oak Street Beach, the Lakefront Trail, River North, and Navy Pier as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes. Attractions such as the Art Institute, the Central Loop district, Lincoln Park, and the West Loop restaurant row are only a 5-10 minute ride away.

Getting Around:
Our place is surrounded by trains and buses that will take you anywhere in the city you want to go! Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You'll have no trouble getting around without a car.

Parking is not included with our listing, but our building has its own parking garage and there are other garages close to our building (within 2 blocks). We suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $30.

Other Things to Note:
Dogs allowed with prior approval only. Please inquire about breed restrictions. 35 pound weight limit. $35/night per pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

Cleanliness and safety is our top priority and we have implemented enhanced cleaning measures due to COVID-19 based on CDC best practices. We carefully clean and sanitize every property between each reservation. All hard surfaces and high-touch areas are cleaned and separately disinfected using high-grade products that are EPA and CDC-approved. Our trained staff uses gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment during cleanings. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe stay for every guest.

    This unit was perfect for our college friends girls trip. We were easily able to walk or Uber to all of our activities.This 2 bedroom one bath was great for us. The unit was perfectly clean. All of the linens and kitchen supplies were easily accessible. The view out to the lake is beautiful. Instructions for entry, exit and check out were well explained. We would definitely return!

    The location was great for shopping and museum visits! The apartment is in an older building, but updated pretty nicely and was very clean. Had a slight issue with a radiator leaking, but host was very responsive and did what they could for it over a weekend. Water temp for the shower was also Very finicky (took 5 mins to get it tolerable; worked fine for the tub). Overall, thought it was a good value for the price given the location and lake views!

    The good: Your paying for the location which was great, close to many great Chicago walking spots. The bad: The place itself needs some TLC overall. Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean and we found a large pile of dried spilled food under the couch which we cleaned up with a mop.

    We were in town to visit 2 of our adult children. One lives in Lincoln Park and the other in Logan Square. It was a great meeting/hang-out place for us. And the convenience for shopping/coffee/dining was perfect. Check-in was easy, communication with the Property Manger was great! No complaints. (The shower water was a little tricky to figure out (tricky/sensitive knobs) and there was a broken towel bar in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was perfect! We’ll be back!

    Our family traveled to Chicago to enjoy a couple of days in the big city and celebrated the New Year together. The apartment was just as the pics portrayed, spacious, comfortable and with a great view of the Lake. The coffee shop, Dollup, and lobby area were a perfect place for grabbing coffee and people watching. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe and had many of our favorite spots within a short walkable distance. Finally, the host/property manager was attentive, responsive, friendly, helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

    We could not have stayed in better accommodations during our trip to Chicago for a trade show at McCormick center. The apartment is on a quiet street within walking distance to The Magic Mile shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and linens were just like 5⭐️ hotels. If you are coming to a trade show at McCormick, stay here and just walk a block to a hotel for shuttle service and save a ton on Ride Share. Host is very detailed and instruction were very easy to follow. I hope this apartment is available the next time we come to Chicago. Thanks for making a very hectic trip much more relaxing!

    Perfect location for visiting Water Tower Place, Hancock Building, and Navy Pier! Clean with more space than you might expect from a condo downtown. The building also has nice amenities. Be sure to check out the roof deck!

    We enjoyed and walked the area extensively. Great location and we felt cool riding on the L line to wrigley field and guaranteed rate field to see games.
