The 2-room holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is located on the 1st floor (elevated ground floor), offering 55 sqm of living space along with a private parking spot right next to the residential building.
The apartment is modern yet exceptionally cozy, featuring very comfortable seating and lounging options, ensuring that guests feel completely at home and can enjoy a true second home. The breathtaking panoramic view of the Glarus Alps is trulyspectacular.

For your children, spending a holiday here is like paradise, as the many toys and family games ensure that boredom never arises. This means true relaxation for parents, making your stay with us a stress-free vacation. Free Wi-Fi, two cable TVs, a Sonos sound system, and a collection of DVD movies create a real cinema experience. For those who prefer to cook rather than dine out, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals. After cooking, you can simply load the dishwasher and enjoy a coffee from the Nespresso machine. The large and bright living-dining area, featuring a cable TV, is additionally equipped with a comfortable upholstered bed (140 x 200 cm), alongside a sofa, a large dining table, and a long bar counter where the many toys and family games are stored.In the bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you, along with an additional cable TV and a spacious sliding-door wardrobe. The small but practical bathroom features a bathtub with a shower curtain and provides enough space to store your personal toiletries.
The large south-facing balcony, furnished with two super-comfortable lounge chairs and a large granite table, allows you to enjoy unforgettable summer evenings with stunning mountain views and a starry sky. The sunrise and sunset are simply spectacular. Here, you will find a peaceful second home in the middle of a breathtaking mountain landscape above Lake Walen.
