Stunning 2-Bedroom Penthouse (low-rise) Right Beside Beach/Fab Views

This is our third time staying at this condo and we have already booked for next year. Suppose that says it all!!!We have stayed at many places around the world over the years and this location is among the finest. You won’t go wrong staying here.

Never wanted to leave.Apartment has the most stunning views with all youu could want provided for our stay and location is quiet and perfect.Gardens are so beautiful too and so clean.We will be returning ASAP.

Wow,!! What can I say. Arrived on the Sunday and greeted by Aga, who looks after the property. Friendly, and gave us a guided tour of the home, which was a nice touch. The property itself was alot better in real life. Spacious inside and out, and amazing views from the 3 outside areas. Everything you needed for a self catering holiday. A short walk to the marina which hosted a variety of restaurants and Bars. If you want to stay in Estapona then this property is a must see!! Thankyou Per and Aga for a great holiday!!!

Lovely apartment and grounds. Fabulous balcony with various seating areas. It was lovely to go to sleep at night listening to the waves lapping on the shore. Plenty of parking . Booklet with lots of useful information provided.

On arrival the lovely Aga was there to welcome my friend and I to the apartment. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The first thing that you see on entry is the wonderful view. The apartment was spotless and very welcoming. We spent most of our time outside, all the areas have separate seating and we could follow the sun all day the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful week and can't wait to return.

A well-appointed and spacious condo with all the amenities needed for a relaxing extended stay. My father and I loved the view from the spacious terrace, drinking coffees in the morning, wine spritzers in the sun in the afternoon, and firing up the BBQ for dinner. Great location close to the beach and easy access to the grocery store and to town. We walked eveywhere. Aga was so kind and helpful getting us settled when we arrved.

We felt very much at home and comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped and has a very comfortable bed. The stairs up to 3rd floor were easy to manage. Walks on the Senda Littoral were very pleasant. The bus was easy to get into town, but hard to determine the route (fault of the bus line website). The walk into town was a bit long if you plan to dine in Estepona old town. We were there off season, so the pool was not yet open. Just something to keep in mind if booking in February. Also, several restaurants are closed at this time. It was easy to get from the urbanization by car to other areas, Casares, Gaucín, and the Pico de las Reales (amazing views). Aga was delightful and most helpful.We loved the sound of the waves day and night. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Clean tidy well located

A very nice apartment in front of sea; quiet surrounding lovely garden!

This is a fabulous apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Well equipped, the location is amazing directly on to the beach plus the swimming pool too. Estepona marina is about a 15 mins walk and has many restaurants to choose from, and the Old Town of Estepona is walkable at around 30 mins but is worth the walk to explore the tapas bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment and the communication with the owner and the check in meeting when we arrived with his representative made for a smooth, uncomplicated and relaxing holiday.

The location is perfect, walking distance from some excellent bars and restaurants. There’s a Lidl just a five minute drive away and the sea view is what makes this property. The property itself was clean, very well equipped and quite spacious. Sadly we couldn’t use the pool because of the severe drought when we went but that was out of the owners control. Overall, yes I would recommend this property.

This is our second time renting this wonderful penthouse condo. We will be booking again the next time we are in Spain. Suppose that tells you all you need to know...lol In summary - well equipped...great view....quiet....easy walk to restaurants and to the town itself and great seaside walking path right at your doorstep

We adored this place. It has everything you need and more. Stunning views in a lovely area of Estepona. The balcony is to die for. There’s a great bbq with all the tools and gas supplied. It has been the best week for us. Weather has been glorious. Already checking out dates for 2025!!! Thank you Per and Aga. Aha is lovely and wonderfully helpful. Absolutely delighted with our stay.
