Stunning 2 bedroom apartment Ocean View

ANGELO and his family are great people. Very friendly and welcoming. The place is exactly what my family and I needes to have a relaxing long weekend. Great location too! We hope to be renting the place again in the future.

Location was great. There was enough space for our group although it is a small apartment. Check in/out was simple. Kitchen supplies were lacking but we made do. Could use some updating and one of the bunk frames was bent which I let them know about. Parking is a bit tight. Overall it was fine for our beach stay.

The communication with the owner was difficult. Since we booked through VRBO, we messaged through them to contact the owner for check-in info, which we did not get until calling them the morning of check-in. The owner then explained that he likes to do things the old way and that he put the office info for check in everywhere (which he did not). Then when we went to check in, he had the dates of the stay wrong, despite clear communication through VRBO messaging of the dates he wanted. He again stated that he doesn't like to go through the app-which was unhelpful to me as I had no other way to contact him until that day. The apartment itself was passable but not totally clean. There were signs of dirt, I saw some ants, the appliances look like they had been rescued from a thrift store's discard pile, and the furniture would have been old in the 1960s. Additionally we had been told to bring towels and toilet paper which we did, but there was no hand soap for the bathroom or dish soap for the kitchen. Luckily we weren't planning on cooking but still-that is something that is easy enough to provide for renters. Additionally, the cleaning service attempted to enter the apartment at 9 AM on the day we left when check-out isn't until 10:00 AM. The best part of this apartment was the parking and location.

Uncomfortable, tight parking and the kitchen items were lacking. Definitely not what we were expecting for a fun beach stay.

The property was just what we expected. One block off the beach at 6th St. Second floor apartment in older building, but the only minor problem we had was the shower curtain rod would not stay in place. Very pet friendly ($25 extra per night). Handy to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants.

This property is the WORST I have ever stayed at. I've rented VRBO properties in Mexico, Czech republic, and all over the USA, and have never left a review until now. This was BY FAR THE WORST! The location was great, but there were multiple problems, like no towel holders in bathroom (beach property), clock on wall and kitchen exhaust broken. Almost no kitchenware. Bunk bed bolts all loose and no way to access one of the top bunks (I had to come up with solutions), multiple electrical problems, the list goes on and on. The biggest problem was the owner Angelo. I spoke to his wife that the bathtub was blocked up. He showed up late, and angry. He was condescending, accusatory, and sarcastic. He actually made me feel unsafe to the point where I almost called the POLICE. I will be leaving reviews on every platform possible, as I would not want my worst enemy staying here. I'm in my mid 50's, rented apartments for most of my life, and have never even had a landlord this nasty. He need a mental health evaluation. WORST OWNER EVER!!! Policy on the wall said call them if need anything. If I called them when I needed something, I would have never spent any time vacationing. Avoid this property at all cost!!!

This comfortable apartment is literally steps from the boardwalk, so very close to everything. It isn’t fancy, but had everything we needed and was thoughtfully decorated. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the ocean breeze. Unsurprisingly, this area is pretty loud at night, but it was surprisingly quiet inside the apartment, particularly with the a/c units on, as they drown out a lot of the noise. Managers were nice and quite helpful, but a check-in email or text the day before our arrival would have been reassuring.

Renting of property was easy. We had a great stay. Definitely would rent here again.
