The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very well configured. Appliances and kitchen area very nice. Beds very confortable. Good area, far enough from trafic but close enough to get anywhere you wanted to go.
Beautiful, comfortable, bright, clean, and roomy property. I loved the small touches like the heated bathroom flooring and nightlights in just the right spots. Well appointed kitchen. Quiet neighborhood.
The only issue was no coffee for the coffee maker
Super dirty , floors and bathrooms look like they have never been clean. Laundry was left in washer for us to do and put away, internet didnt come in it was patchy at best. The bedding hafd blood stains on it. Property mangemant seems not to care at all. I have submitted lots of photos when we got there and spoke with them aboit all of it but they are unwilling to help in any way and wont even offer a refund on my cleaning deposit. Overall very disappointed the place.
The building itself was a well laid out architectural structure. Very spacious unit with an incredible kitchen and overall apartment design. We had everything we needed and found the property very comfortable, quiet and easy access to everything we needed or wanted to see. We would certainly stay here again and will specifically save this property as our Gold Beach go to spot.
LOTS OF ROOM, QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, CLEAN. EASY TO FIND..
Property was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again on a future trip.
The location was farther away from the beach than advertised with no real view of the beach. upon arrival there were towels in the clothes dryer and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The instructions that were emailed to us mentioned returning any park or parking passes that were used during the stay although there were no passes to speak of. I tried calling the property manager to figure out where to park and was told that I couldn't get any information because my husband was on the contract and not me, understandable yet frustrating. my husband was able to add me onto the contract without any fuss. One of the things that I was looking forward to the most was the fireplace on the cool coastal evenings but could never figure out how to turn the thing on. I tried calling the property manager now that I was on the contract but they were unable to tell me how to turn it on. I was told that they would look into it and get back to me, I'm not sure when that is going to be as I still haven't heard anything. The ice maker was broken as well but I thought I would tell them when they called back about the fireplace but again, they never responded. Overall the place was cute and comfortable if a little cold at night without the fireplace. I would be unsure about recommending to others because of the lack of support with issues.
We appreciated being able to purchase a late checkout. The space was clean and welcoming.
