    Perfect distance from the beach. We easily rented a car there but just walked around the city and beach on days that we didn’t. So many spots to eat and shop within walking distance. My husband and I were ready to move in to this cute apartment with the most incredible view of rainbows, ocean, mountain and city. Also a nice pool and hot tub after a long day! Also breakfast and coffee available downstairs for those tired mornings when you don’t want to leave the building. I accidentally booked the hotel one day shorter than we were staying on the island, but everyone was incredibly understanding of my mistake and helpful to get us a new room immediately! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

    The location is great, close to Waikiki, restaurants and all the attractions but too small for two people, and there was hardly any closet space, we literally lived out of our suitcases. The view is amazing though, especially at night.

    Stayed while dropping off kid at UHM. Older property but well maintained and location is ideal, away from the noise and bustle of the beach but only a 5-10 minute walk away. Right next to Biki station and short pedal up to UHM, or $10 Uber. Would stay again.

    This unit is great for people who love Waikiki but enjoy having a private space. The units on this floor are all very quiet and the pool and bbq areas are a great addition. My favorite thing was the spacious lanai for a lazy morning coffee or a quiet evening in. If you’re around on Friday evening, it also has great sight lines for the fireworks show!

    Location was awesome. Individual efficiency was dated and not as nice as pictured. Bed and sofa-sleeper not comfortable. Facility amenities like laundry and pool very nice.

    My daughter and I visited the area to check out one of the schools on her list for next year. Our stay was just perfect. Out first and only trip alone(she’s the youngest of three) we were located right in the heart of the beach, shopping, restaurants, and not a far drive at all to the university. We loved our time here!

    Nice view and a good price. For a STR it needs some little things like kitchen utensils. Most of them were pretty beat up. We had a car on our trip since we wanted to get out of. 4-7 min walk to all the stores.
