Stayed May 20, 2021Right from the start, we were not informed to download an app that gave us gate codes/door code. Finally got in and the room was dinghy. No kitchenette, the TV was permanently stuck on a baby channel and the TV was inside of a cabinet so the doors blocked the view in which you couldn’t watch TV from the bed. There is NO ICE on site! None... they took out the machines. The elevator is a joke. 2 elevators for a massive building so you had to wait long periods. The beach was overly crowded with preset chairs/umbrellas to rent so that took up 5 rows of the beach front. The closest bathroom was way off the beach. Parking space was nonexistent. Literally none available and we had to park across the road from our hotel (luau building) and walk a distance to get to the building. Check out is 10am sharp and you have to clean yourself and remove your trash or you are charged. It took 25 min to get an elevator since everyone in the entire building was leaving at the same time

This condo has everything you need and then some! The location was perfect; walking distance to the beach and awesome pool! Tiki bars at both! Big plus!!! No need to drive anywhere! All you need is just a tram ride away, so many places to eat, drink, shop, or even zip line! Plenty of things to do for adults and kids! We really enjoyed our weekend here! Can’t wait to come back soon!!!

Bed was super comfy though the couch bed may need updating it was rather loud an uncomfortable for the little one. Loved that it was secured 24/7 whom were nice an helpful when first arriving. Staff at the condo was friendly as well. Pool was lovely nice size an well maintained along with the hot tub. The walk to the beach wasn't bad maybe 2 mins. The restaurants were all amazing as well.

The studio could use a few updates as new mattress for the sleeper sofa, new shower head, carpet and bigger tv, other than that we had a great and will recommend and stay again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2022Sandestin is awesome. I have stayed in this area a few times. My daughter and her family stayed about 15 minutes away and this was a last minute decision for me. This was the perfect spot for me. It had just what I needed. The pool was great and easy access to the beach. This studio would work for a single,couple, or couple with two kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
