The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahn station Parkstraße (after Warnemünde 20 min).
It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Wald and the Lindenpark. Uni, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle within walking distance!
There are plenty of shops and the scene district KTV is 10 minutes on foot.
The attic was completely new, converted into a chic, small studio only for guests and newly furnished. From the dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and new LED TV and DVD player, everything is there what you need for a nice stay. But note the maximum ceiling height of 2.10 m and the correspondingly sloping roof sides with exposed beams on one side. If you are not careful, your head bumps especially in the bathroom. So look closely at the pictures if that's for you.
