Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, catch up on email at the laptop-friendly workspace, and keep snacks and drinks handy with the convenient kitchenette.

The kitchenette is ideal for light bites before heading out: you’ll have a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker for your morning brew. An ensuite bath with a walk-in glass shower completes the space, making it an easy, comfortable stay whether you’re here for a romantic weekend or a friends’ getaway.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: There is no on-site parking. We recommend the Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street (about half a block north). They also have a sister location at 310 Commerce Street; you can enter/exit either 24/7. Both options are approximately $40/day, paid directly to the garage.

• Stairs: This historic building includes stairs; please review photos and plan accordingly.

• Exterior security cameras: Cameras are located above the front door and in the entrance hallway (front and back sections). They monitor exterior/common areas only.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Long-term stays: Extended stays are welcome—please reach out with any questions about longer visits.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: You’re an easy walk to Broadway’s Honky Tonk Highway, the Ryman Auditorium, Riverfront Park and the Cumberland Riverwalk/Greenway, John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, and Fifth + Broadway/Assembly Food Hall. Parks, museums, shops, and live entertainment are all close by.

    Perfect place. So close to all the music, restaurants and bars. Clean, quiet and great response when we had questions. We loved being so close to Broadway. Definitely stay here again. Felt very safe.
