Stayed Dec 22, 2025I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The door lock malfunctioned, and despite repeated attempts, we couldn’t access the apartment for hours. There were visible issues with the lock, and even the next day it only worked using a non-standard technique. What was most frustrating is that there was no 24-hour emergency help available, and the agency ultimately refused to take responsibility for what happened. Overall, it was stressful and not what I expected from a professional rental.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Studio Or The place was really clean and organized. Very comfortable bed. The location is also great. It is near a tram station, near the market, Notre Dame and shops. The only problem I had during my stay is the smell from the sink. Even if you closed the drainage area, the smell is still there. Overall, the place is wonderful. Will definitely recommend it.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024Studio Or Simple, clean and well equipped for the price. Located in the nicest neighbourhood of Strasbourg, well connected to the tram (if needed because everything is walking distance). Kitchen had everything one would need for some simple(r) cooking.
