Separate rooms so the kids could sleep in one and us in the other. Had all the basics for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring Richmond.

Mei was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We loved the location and being able to sit on the porch and people watch. We were able to walk to a market and other shops. Onsite parking was nice, too!

This was the perfect spot to spend the night after seeing a show at the Broadberry. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our brief stay. Do recommend!

It put me in mind of a grad student's apartment in a typical college town. Fit our needs perfectly: a one night layover on our way back to NY, accepted dogs, and easy access to I95. Parking a definite plus as the street parking was not to be had when we were there. Clean, comfy bed.

We had a great overnight stay. The studio was in a good location near lots of restaurants.

Lovely space to explore Richmond from. Great location with comfortable lodging. The space was more spacious than expected and included everything you would need for your stay.

This quaint apartment in the Fan district was perfect for my short stop-over in Richmond. Free street parking and walking distance to 2 grocery stores and dozen or so highly rated restaurants for any taste. I took a short walk to the Virginia history museum and cooked dinner in the kitchenette. Everything is clean and I want missing amenities. If I had to pick a complaint, the shower water pressure is abysmal, but that's a minor issue on a 2 night stay.

Beautiful home on a quiet, tree lined avenue, yet only 1 block away from Broad St and Monument Ave and 1-2 miles from Carytown and Museums

This was a gorgeous, large room with just about everything I could want in a home base which allowed me to relax and focus on finding a job and apartment of my own. Would love to return! Five stars all around.

The location is perfect! Within 5 minutes from everything. The apartment is well stocked and very clean. The beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I were looking for a place in walking distance to Scott's Addition, so this location fit the bill and then some. The 3rd floor unit was kept perfectly, had all we needed for a short visit, and the bed was super comfortable. It was quite hot during our visit (first couple days of July), but the AC was set at an adequate (I tend to like rooms to be cool and the temp is apparently not controllable by the guests). There was a fan available for additional cooling as needed and that did the trick. We were there during the week so there was ample parking in the back lot. The neighborhood is really nice. There is also a free bus up and down W. Broad St. and the closest stop is only about 3 blocks away. We would definitely, stay here of at another RVE Home Stays property if we were to visit Richmond again.

The apartment was perfect for our stay while my daughter was participating in a summer intensive with the richmond ballet. The location is close to all the fan has to offer. The desk was perfect for me to work remotely. The laundry room included everything you would need. The stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow, but great for getting in your steps. We will definitely book again!
