The Studio is on one of the busiest corners in Silverton. Silverton is located at 9,318 feet elevation. With no elevator available, renters need to be able to handle the stairs. There is a handrail and a landing for catching your breath.

Silverton's elevation is 9,318 feet, therefore the stairs can be a challenge for some. There is no elevator and guests must bring their luggage, groceries, etc. up the stairs. Skis may be stored inside at the bottom of the stairs.

Winter guests please note that the 13th Street Studio is close to skiing at Kendal Mountain Ski Area (a family ski area a less than a mile away), and Silverton Mountain Ski Area (for advanced and expert skiers 2 miles north). Purgatory Ski Area is 22 miles south with runs for all ability levels.
