Stayed Aug 16, 2024Clean, quiet, close parking, great owner communication. Great attention to details like the blinds on the front door. I would definitely stay here again when I come to visit my son. Loved the view from the sliding glass door. Very good internet and tv reception. Bed was also quite comfortable. The coffee from Penny Cup was a nice touch. They have delicious coffee.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024The apartment was clean and inviting, and communication with management was excellent. Parking was free and easy, and the location near the River Arts district was handy. A grocery store was a 3-minute drive, making this location a great option for vacation in Asheville.

Stayed Feb 10, 2023Nancy was clear on everything that was going to and needed to happen for the rental. Her space is clean, thoughtful, and simple. The location was great for walking to breweries, restaurants, and music and art venues.
