Description

Jade Maya is a private studio within Casa Lotto, a lovely, recently renovated antique house five blocks from the Zocalo de Mérida. The space is on the ground floor and has its own kitchenette, private bathroom and a small terrace with garden view and direct access to the swimming pool. It is a very cozy apartment, decorated with love and detail.

The space
Jade Maya is one of two apartments in Lotto House, the other is called Ixchel.

The house also has four rooms, Talavera, Kahlo, Amate and Barroco.

Depending on availability, the entire house or the rooms and apartments can be rented separately.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a washer and dryer.

Other things to note
In our space we welcome everyone, regardless of ethnicity, sex, age or sexual orientation. We value what makes us unique and unites us as human beings.

Important: For the safety of the place and everyone, we'll ask the booker for official identification.

Parking: Most of the houses in the Center of Merida do not have parking, as they have a very old design. However, on the way back there is a private car park where you can park without a problem (50 MXN per day).

Cleanliness: In order to keep your space clean and energetic, stays longer than 7 days will be cleaned (every seventh day) and charged in cash 180 MXN.

Climate: Merida has a hot and very humid climate, so it is very easy to find insects and although the house is constantly fumigated there is always the possibility of finding some.

Beautiful Mayan decor Studio had fully stocked kitchenware, storage containers, coffee maker, blender, spices. Can easily go to nearby Santiago market to get food and start cooking. All of Lotto House , rooms and shared spaces were beautiful and clean, including refreshing pool area. Friendly , helpful staff Very nice neighborhood, close to local bakery, market, banks and centro , walking distance

Great location to explore Merida! Our room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay! The pool in the hot afternoon is the place to be! Gabby and Marie work very hard to keep the home spotless!!! The decor is beautiful. Take the time to really look around. Many places to relax!
