Stayed Jun 20, 2025This place is very nice and extremely clean. The pool and the courtyard were very nice with great grills. There was also a great workout room with free weights, nice machines, and professional treadmills. We like the security of the facility and the direct access to the beach. The staff were helpful and readily available. We highly recommend this place.

Stayed May 14, 2025This is our 3rd year staying here and we will continue to go back. Has everything you need within the condo for a day at the beach, super close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and about 15 minutes from the Speedway. Ruth is always friendly and fast to respond!

Stayed May 8, 2024This is the second time staying here and it won’t be our last. It’s a nice, quiet area with beach access basically outside of the front door. Ruth has the condo set up with all the essentials PLUS some (beach chairs!). We started coming to Rockville and have plans to continue each year. Ruth/this condo will be our top choice each year

Stayed Apr 24, 2024I loved this condo! It had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. It's the perfect size, and the host has provided for all of my needs. Even better, I was able to walk to the beach quite quickly! I hope to return soon!
