Studio Condo on the Beach - Great Gulf Front View

The property was what was expected. Unfortunately, Hurricane Sally kept us indoors for most of the visit. The windows/door did leak but you can tell that they are in the middle of replacing these on the entire building (plus it was a hurricane after all).

Loved the views from all corners and the beach access

The sheets on one of the bed had a stain on it. The bath towels also had stains on them. One of the washcloths had beach stains on it. The air vet in bathroom has so much dust on it that it looked like it has never been cleaned. The bathtub had hair in it. The refrigerator was leaking on the inside and I had to keep cleaning up water. I tried to use a cup and it looked like it had not been cleaned in along time.

Check-in was quick and easy. The whole stay was easy! Parking was plentiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay complete. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Ocean view. Great place for a peaceful spring break. Plenty of things in town to keep the teens entertained. Might have to do it again next year.

We stay in the same resort same room, same owners every year. Always great see everyone next year.

Everything was great ,only complaint was I felt there could have been more to for the duration of our stay . Last night there noisy people staying on the property but that’s not something huge and it happens. Over all was a nice place for the price . Liked the location and the view . Would stay again .

Overall, my friend and I really enjoyed our stay here during our spring break. The best parts were the location of the condo, and being right on the water with a nice view and easy beach access. The room itself was clean and in nice shape with amenities like dishwasher, microwave, towels, etc. The property also had a pool, snack shack, outdoor showers, chairs for rental, etc. My only complaints were that the checkout process was not clear and there was a lack of communication at the end of our stay. There were also a few things that could've been stocked more including salt and pepper, toilet paper, etc. I will let the host know, so hopefully they take the feedback. Overall, a nice condo that gave us the perfect vacation experience we hoped for.

Easy to find. Check in was easy. Room was nice and clean. The view was amazing of the Gulf. We hope to stay again in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Loved having the parking lot and no garage so that we could come and go quickly. Decor was very cute and I feel the listing was pretty accurate. The cleaning could have been better but nothing extreme. Trash still in the trash bins from previous guests and spots on the couch that could be cleaned to make the appeal much better. There were two beds. One was very comfy and the other was pretty rough to sleep on for 4 days. It was very firm and one side was up very high with the other descending into a deep hole. I can usually deal with any sleeping arrangement but I kept finding myself having to hang on to the side to prevent from rolling and falling into the hole my daughter was sleeping in. On another note, the sheets were clean, the views were great, air worked wonderfully and the appliances and kitchen equipment were just enough for our small trip. We would stay here again and thought it was perfect for the price point. We loved the game room, pool, and easy beach access. The kids played cornhole and shuffleboard as well and it was great free entertainment for them. We loved the ease of check in and check out with the arm bands in the room and keys waiting for us to arrive. Everything just went smoothly.

Master bed broken in center had a big hole .cleaning people were laying on the beds at 330 when I opened door,wouldn’t recommend to anyone have pictures of bed if you want to see.

We booked this trip just a few days before we left. We were amazed at this little studio apartment! It was the perfect getaway for our anniversary trip! The beach was beautiful and the apartment was so clean and inviting! We will be staying here again soon!

I have to start by saying to be sure to take into account the cost of this stay vs. others in the area. Be aware going in that you are in a private 'resort' so guests are not allowed on the property. Vehicles must be registered and everyone must have a wristband. Parking will cost extra. All that being said, the view is *beautiful* and the private beach area is very convenient. There are lots of things to do close by and lots of stores in the area. The pool is beautiful and makes a nice alternative if you don't want to get in the salty water. Despite there being lots of people in the building, my stay was fairly quiet and the people seemed family vacation oriented. The room is not perfect and definitely has been well loved by some of the guests. That being said, it was clean and kitchen was stocked well. It was a nice room to stay in for the comparative cost and so beautiful to wake up to that window view. I'd gladly stay here again!

Great location, nice property, enjoyed our stay ?

Only complaint was the vertical blinds. Several were missing but I brought it to the attention of the owner. They were not aware and planned to get them repaired. The complex is very family oriented. I will definitely stay here again.

Horrible bed I mean horrible!! The blinds were missing blinds, and it would be such a easy fix to have some privacy.
