The apartment, with a surface area of 34 m², can accommodate up to 5 guests. Fully renovated and air-conditioned, it is located on the 5th floor with an elevator and offers a pleasant loggia fitted with garden furniture as well as a beautiful sea view.

It consists of a living room with a 130 cm sofa bed and a television, a kitchen area equipped with cooking hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.
The cabin area, bright thanks to a window, features a 140 cm bed. The entrance is fitted with a 90 cm bed for a child. There is a shower room and separate toilet.

A secure private parking space is included with the accommodation.

End-of-stay cleaning is available as an optional extra at €65. Linen rental and baby equipment are available upon request.
