Stayed Jan 15, 2026Extra blankets were necessary. The heating system didn't seem to heat all areas equally (for example the bathroom and hallway were stiflingly hot yet the sleeping areas did not share in that heat very well.) The room smelled of smoke and there were other people complaining at the front desk of musty and smelly rooms and it not being changed to their satisfaction so we didn't even bother. It also would have been nice to know that the main amenity shown (waterpark) was closed for maintenance during our stay. A simple note on the booking would've prevented disappointment. Also be aware that these units are adjoining rooms and have very little in the way of soundproofing between the walls. We could hear the dog next doors jingly collar and barking as if they were in the room with us.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book my next stay at this location. The only thing that I did not like was the motion sensor thermostat. At night the room gets pretty warm (the end of August). Initially, I reported the constant 73/74 degree room temperature to the front desk thinking that there was something wrong with the unit. The A/C unit would only come on when I was moving around or moved to get out of bed. That was very uncomfortable.There seemed to be no way to control that manually.

Unfortunately the primary pool an waterpark were being serviced at the time, an were unusable but it was still a wonderful stay that was conveniently located near both shopping and restaurants, we will definitely be back

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We had a good stay. Check in was a bit crazy. They could have mentioned a few things like key card can be used to access gate instead waiting on security. Also not each unit has a washer and dryer. They did have on 4th floor though. I was deceived has pictures online of rental has washer and dryer in it. Everything else was ok
