Stayed Dec 21, 2024I would recommend this property and likely would consider using it again. It is an easy walk to the gondola, which takes you directly to the Steamboat base area. The kitchen is well-provisioned.

Stayed Feb 12, 2024My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s place. It’s in the perfect location with easy access to the mountain (via the free gondola) and easy access to downtown Steamboat (via the free bus). We didn’t have to drive once! The studio was clean, cozy, and had all of the necessary amenities.

Stayed Aug 22, 2023I stayed at this property for the duration of my travel assignment. It was super close to my work, had great amenities, and the host. Nichole, was super responsive. I would definitely stay again when i come back out to Steamboat!
