Studio apartment in Orebić with Seaview, Terrace, Air condition, WIFI (114-3)

It was very nice! The owners were really friendly and helpful. The view from the pool is a blast and both the house and the garden are really beautiful. We also liked the apartment, which was nicely furnished and comfortable. If we could improve something, we would opt for new mattresses, which we didn't find so comfortable. All in all, it was a superb stay!

Great location with a nice view of the sea, lovely garden, and really friendly hosts. This listing is for a basement level unit with shared access to the pool, terrace and common areas above. The circled photos imply that this is space in the villa itself. Unfortunately our experience with the apartment fell short of five stars. There was no wifi in the unit, we had to use mobile data instead. There is wifi on the ground level by the pool, but since it's a shared space there wasn't any privacy for calls/work, especially after 10. The double bed consisted of two rigid single spring mattresses which weren't comfortable to share as a couple. Thanks again for the stay. As we mentioned there were some differences between described amenities (for example there was no wifi, microwaveespresso machine). It'd be great if the listing includes photos of the entry to the unit and circled it's location within the villa (as opposed to the whole building being highlighted). Same for the description. We found the old single spring mattresses divided in the middle very uncomfortable. Some of the power outlets were not working, sparkingloose + exposed wires. It would be nice to have a range over the cooktop so that the food smells don't stick around in the space. Basics in the kitchen (a little coffee, salt, pepper, oil) were all empty. The screen in the window had a gap at the bottom that can't be closed so a few times we had to evict unwanted visitors like beetles and crickets. Ultimately with a little maintenance and small updates this could be a great space.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Orebic studio apartment. Great pool, amazing view, and cute & comfortable accommodations. Our host, Niko, was so pleasant and gracious. He helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and he even offered us wine and fresh figs from his garden when we arrived! He also has a lot of knowledge about local wine, which we were glad to learn about. *One thing to note, the property is located up a steep hill which some might find tiresome when walking back up from the beach or town (less than a mile). We were OK with the exercise, though!
