Contemporary style, can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) our studio Alienor is composed of a main room with a bed and a Bz 140 cm, with duvets and pillows, protected by mattress, a table and 4 seats, all overlooking a terrace and a private garden of 40 m2, with trees, with garden furniture and deckchairs.

Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob - extractor hood - fridge with freezer compartment - combined microwave oven - kettle - coffee maker - toaster - crockery for 4 people.

Flat screen TV - radio - washing machine - iron and ironing board - cot (sheets to bring), storage.

Wifi available. Bike storage.
Free parking in the street.

The accommodation is non-smoking and pets (all kinds) are not allowed (otherwise your reservation will be canceled).

Arrivals: to be expected between 17H and 19H (to be confirmed with owners)

Departures: to be expected at 10H maximum.

The apartment and cleanliness deposit will be requested on your arrival by check or CB impression.
A copy of an identity document from at least one person present during the stay will be requested.

Cleaning must be done completely by yourself before leaving the accommodation.

Possible options (to be paid on arrival in cash, not bookable by the site):

The tourist tax is 1.65 € per day and per person (from 18 years).
