Apartment was perfect for what I was after. Close to work, clean and well stocked with dishes, coffee and toiletries. Only complaint was the window air conditioner could not keep the room cool. Never went below 73, even while running all day. Made for a very warm sleep. Saroeum was quick to respond and made checking in as simple as possible

Good communication between landlord and guest, just the right amount of amenities and features, fully-loaded studio. Nice bedding and view at convenient location. Only con is Tukwila isn’t always the safest.
