Studio A on Central Avenue.

The studio had everything we needed even fresh coffee beans! Little touches like throw blankets made the place comfortable and welcoming. Excellent location, just a short walk from the square. Easy access to mtb trails. Clay was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay. Easy walk to the square so we didn’t have to mess with downtown parking, central location for things we did drive to. It was a great studio filled with everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions and were very friendly. It was a similar price to the hotels we were looking at but so much better. I would recommend Studio A anytime.

High quality clean property

Studio A is a nice-sized rental space --- perfect for a few days in the Bentonville area. Easy parking, nice and quiet, very clean, comfortable furniture. The bedding and bath towels smelled so clean and fresh! We loved having an actual kitchen, complete with a fridge, microwave, Kureg, etc. Being able to sit on the furnished outdoor patio each evening was such a nice addition, however, it would have been nice had the furniture and general area been free of debris (i.e., a bit tidier). Our one complaint is the lighting.... Not enough lamps in the living area (only one), so we were forced to turn on the overhead lights each evening, which we hate. I would highly recommend adding another table lamp (empty table at the end of the comfy sofa) and a floor lamp so that guests can read and relax without the harsh, bright light of the ceiling cans. Overall a quality stay that we can support and recommend to others.

This place is delightful! They provide everything you need and nothing you don't, it's close to everything and is just a very classy place to stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication from the host. Host was friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to store our bikes overnight in a secure location on the property. The space was comfortable and clean.

Everything was perfect: lovely decor, spotless, welcoming, excellent communication with hosts, easy access and departure, beautifully stocked for making light meals. Great location with nice short walk to downtown and trail to Crystal Bridges. Two short flights of stairs with sturdy handrails for access may pose a mobility problem for some. We would book here again in a heartbeat!

This is a very nice studio....great location. Quality furnishings. Upstairs above garage of beautiful home and yard. Everything you would need except perhaps w/d.Could use book with info on location and use of tv, etc.

Easy access. Secure and private. Includes all necessary amenities. We were able to prepare meals on site in the fully furnished kitchen. Clean and well staged. Comfortable furniture. Within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and groceries. We had an amazing 3-day weekend!

Apartment was as advertised! Nice amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Bed and sheets were very comfortable.

We loved our stay. The property is perfect for two people, and it’s in a perfect location to the Square. Clay is great to deal with and responded promptly to our questions. We look forward to staying again.

We enjoyed our mid-week getaway to Bentonville. The studio apartment was perfect for my husband and me. We loved that it was within walking distance to the downtown area.
