Stroll 2 blocks to town! Quiet, private, sparkling & spacious studio & parking

I can’t say enough about how welcoming and accommodating our host, (Anita) was. She provided local treats for us to enjoy during our stay, and made the entire experience wonderful. The property is located in the Montford Historic District, which is a very short walk into the downtown area of Asheville, which provides easy access to dozens of restaurants, breweries/bars, shops and museums! The property was absolutely gorgeous and very well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were top drawer. There is a full sized refrigerator and stove, which provides additional conveniences. The property was absolutely immaculate and so spacious and cozy. We loved our stay of 3 nights and will definitely be back. This place and the proprietor is Amazing! Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Description was spot on! This stay was the perfect compliment to our few day stay to explore Asheville! Easy walk into downtown, located in quiet historic neighborhood with it’s own cute coffee shops & restaurants. Anita was very communicative, and thought of everything to make the accommodations perfect- highly recommend staying here & we will do so if ever back in the area!

Great location . Easy access to all of Asheville

The studio was in an excellent location…2 blocks from downtown Asheville and a few blocks from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Harris-Teeter (a Kroger-owned) grocery store. Close to the Reed Creek Greenway for an excellent, peaceful walk each morning. Close to the Botanical Gardens and the UNCA Farmers Market each Saturday. It was a very safe location! Anita, the host, was friendly, welcoming, and provided us with an immense list of her favorite restaurants, hikes, and other things to do in and around Asheville. She has lots of literature for all of these things…like her own AVL Visitor Center! ? The place was clean and comfy. Having a washer and dryer in-house was so convenient! Thanks for a great stay, Anita!

After a 4 night mini vacation in Asheville we realized we should of stayed longer. Anita's property was perfect size and location for walking into Downtown and exploring the Montford District. The apartment was so well appointed with everything we would need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the extra touches like veggies from her garden, eggs, and coffee. The bed was super comfortable. Online pictures were exactly as we experienced. Anita was a great host with communication prior and during our stay. We loved all the tips and recommendations she offered from restaurants and things to see and do. Great to get a local perspective. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host, and close to everything. This is a great apartment to rent if you are visiting Ashville.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The studio is charming and has all the necessities. Anita is a gracious, caring and informative host. Not only did she keep me in cut flowers, she also had items in the refrigerator so I wouldn't have to shop right away. The house is within easy walking distance of downtown Asheville, as well as the highway. The neighborhood is filled with wonderful houses and beautiful flowers. This property is a real find! I am so glad I stayed here! Anita, thank you so much.
