Guest Access:

This apartment is located in the basement portion of a home (that has a full time tenant) designed especially for a separate exterior entrance apartment. The apartment is around 1300 sq. feet on one level and has a front entrance with porch seating. A code will be provided to access the apartment. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. A parking pass for one vehicle will be provided. Any additional vehicles will need to pay for parking. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

This property is not suiteable for children under 12 years of age.



PARKING: We only provide ONE parking pass for ONE car. Additional parking can be found directly in front of the house on the opposite side of the street, parking with the flow of traffic. Guests can use the ParkMobile app to pay for parking. If the parking pass is not returned upon check-out, you will be charged a $300 replacement fee.



Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.



Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    Location was good and property was nice, however being in the basement of the house, we heard noise and movement from the house guests upstairs all day and all night. It sounded like balls rolling around or something at all hours of the night. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper.

    We have stayed at several properties, this one was by far the best! Place was spacious, comfortable, we felt very cozy and settled in immediately. Furniture and appliances were all nicer than what have in our home. Communications with the host were excellent as well. When visiting the area, we will definitely be staying there!

    It’s a great space; just as advertised. Very clean and quaint. Fantastic neighborhood almost right on campus. Beautiful park across the street. Only downside is the upstairs neighbor has wood floors, so you can hear movement, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. Would stay again.
