Stayed Feb 5, 2026Fred is an amazing host! Very helpfu! Amenities were great! Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets! Super clean and cute decor! If you are wanting to sleep in, it is wonderful because there are no windows to wake you up! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Stayed Jan 22, 2026We had a fabulous stay at this little house! We happened to be traveling during the crazy winter storm that ended up shutting down all of Ft Worth the weekend that we were there. Fred was so accommodating, he made sure there was a fully fueled generator with extra space heaters in the house in case the power went out. He also provided shovels and stopped by to salt the ice for us when the ice got really bad. The house was very clean and had plenty of pillows and blankets for our stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 5, 2025The studio was nice, updated and clean on the inside. It was a little bit of hassle getting in and out and unlocking gates but it was a convenient location for visiting the stockyards. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.
