Still Waters, Swanage

Summary:

During the summer of 2025 we have undertaken a series of renovations to this unique property on the south coast of the Isles of Purbeck! Still Waters is a duplex apartment resting in Swanage, Dorset and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms.



The Space:

The living area in the property consist of a living/ dining room with dining seating for 8 people and an electric fire and a TV. The kitchen hosts electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washingmachine and dishwasher. There is a ground-floor bathroom, and a cloakroom.The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite basin and WC, another double and a twin bedroom. Outside there is a first-floor garden area with decking, furniture and barbecue, as well as roadside parking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at the property. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub, as well as a beach within 0.7 miles. Still Waters is lovely dwelling for exploring the gems of Dorset. Please note that this apartment is above a shop and the maximum occupancy for this property is 6.



The Neighborhood:

Swanage is a small, family-friendly beach village on the legendary Isle of Purbeck, at the eastern extremity of Dorset's famous Jurassic Coast. It is best known for its magnificent, gently shelving golden dunes. The little town has a variety of stores, taverns, and restaurants, some of which specialise in locally caught seafood, and is well-known for its annual jazz festival, which takes place in July. The charming Victorian wooden pier is a terrific spot to take a stroll or try fishing, and it's also a nice site to see the world go by, as it's frequently used as a launching point for divers.
