The Space:

Welcome to 1663 Bluff Villa, a recently updated studio villa located in Sea Pines! This cozy villa is perfect for a couple and is conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach, pickleball courts, and South Beach Marina. Situated on the second level, the villa features a Juliette balcony for you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.



Upon entering, you'll be impressed by the beautiful furniture and modern updates throughout. On your left, you'll find a tiled walk-in shower and plenty of storage space in the bathroom. Meanwhile, the closet to your right provides additional storage for your clothes and luggage. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a full-sized oven, stove top, fridge and freezer, Keurig, microwave, and washer. A dining area for two is located adjacent to the kitchen. The living area is spacious, with a comfortable couch, smart TV, and a king-sized bed!



1663 Bluff Villa is perfectly situated to provide easy access to all that Sea Pines has to offer. Whether you're interested in the RBC Heritage Tournament in April, the Sea Pines Racquet Club, the shops at Sea Pines, miles of bike paths, South Beach Marina, tennis, pickleball courts, or something else, you'll be close by.





PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1663 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 2nd Floor, Stairwell B. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors, including first-floor villas.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

    We enjoyed our stay at 1663 Bluff Villas. Host 2 Coast was prompt and clear with check-in instructions and did a great job of communicating and welcoming us. We were impressed by the welcome gifts, fresh flowers, and the above and beyond essentials for kitchen and bath. The unit was clean, fresh, comfortable, quiet and close to the beach and Salty Dog. A few suggestions: 1. Change the size of the Murphy bed in the listing from double to queen. 2. Fix the sliding bathroom door, it isn't sliding properly and needs maintenance before someone gets stuck in the bathroom.
