Stayed Dec 20, 2025This was a lovely, updated, comfortable apartment in a great location. The name is accurate: step out front door and there is the Duomo. Lot of good, reasonable restaurants within 150 meters of the front door. We really liked the place, which comfortably slept our 2 college age sons and us. Would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Overall stay was great. One small feedback would be if property manager is local it would be nice to have A/C on prior to arrival on 100 degree F days. Small issue everything about the place was great.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Charming little apartment close to the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. An easy two flights up and wide stairs for moving luggage. Only downfall—no washing machine. Overall, great stay!

Stayed Jun 10, 2024This property was perfect for our trip to Florence and we would happily stay here again. First, the location is phenomenal. You can easily walk to/from the train station and you are close to everything. Nothing felt out of reach and we did not have to use any transportation while there. Second, the apartment was beautiful and spacious. The beds and couch are comfortable; we appreciated the air conditioning, quick wifi and and the interior decorating touches; and it was so quiet inside the apartment despite the noise on the road outside. Finally, Lorenzo, the host, was so communicative, patient, and made everything a breeze. I could not recommend this place more highly.

Stayed May 29, 2024Wonderful place in the center of it all in Florence! Close to lots of the places to see in Florence. Easy access and directions given at the apartment. Indeed steps from the Duomo!!! Beautifully decorated! Would stay here again. Great for a small family or couples.

Stayed Apr 27, 2024This was a great location and place to make an home base in Florence for a week. Apartment was just as listed and an excellent location for walking the historic district. Communication with our host, Lorenzo, was always prompt and he was very helpful with our arrival. There were plenty of restaurants and bars on the same street as the apartment. However, the street is relatively quiet at night. Our only problem were other guest in the building who had a couple of late night parties. As others have mentioned there are three flights of steep stairs that lead to the second floor apartment, so be prepared to make that journey with your luggage. Bottom line, one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had traveling the world, and would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 16, 2024Great apartment a short block from the Duomo. It was exactly what we needed for a trip to Florence. Restaurants, bars, sightseeing within easy walking distance. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend booking this apartment.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023Our family of 4 stay in the property for a week in July 2023 and it was perfect and very welcoming. It was clean and plenty of room for us. The location was so great if we needed to come ‘home’ mid day to take a break from the heat and all the exploring. Beds were comfortable. Loved the keyless entry - so conventions. We needed to reach the host upon arrival and he was very accommodating . So glad we chose this properly and would book again in the future
