Location Location - such an easy walk to the beach, clean, has everything you need. Fawn kept things very simple and straightforward. Will come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the easy beach access plus food and city transportation!

Easy check-in, manager answered questions promptly. Unit was well stocked with basic soap, paper towels, etc.. Clean rooms, bedding, appliances. No beach view , but short walk to the beach. Kitchen needs replenished with silverware and bowls. (4 forks are not enough) The internet went out one evening , sent host a message but no reply. Hot water tank needs to be larger, we were always running out of hot water when showering. View out the door should be shown so you can decide if you want along the alley before you rent. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience but these comments are more of a constructive criticism for future improvement.

The house was really nice. Quiet neighborhood. Laundry on site. One block from beach. We will definitely go back to this property.

Amenities were great and location was perfect!

Place was very clean. views on the beach were awesome. Convenient to IMG where we spent most of our time at Lacross tournaments. However, having spent our spare time here we will be back!

Great two bedroom, two bath unit, perfectly furnished, with a washer and dryer, and one block walk to the beach. Also furnished was a beach wagon to bring chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and kid’s beach toys. The refrigerator had an ice maker which was very handy. Communications with the host was easy and almost instantaneous. This is an outstanding unit for a short or long stay at the beautiful Bradenton beach.

We were very happy with the rental unit. The listing is accurate and the location can’t be beat. We look forward to staying again.

We enjoyed the stay on AMI. The house was close to the beach where the kids wanted to stay all week, and also close to other needs as far as grocery store or restaurants.

This property was awesome- it was close to the beach, and a half-mile or so walk down to the Cortez Bridge area restaurants and shops. It has two bedrooms and a pull out couch. You will need to take salt and pepper and any other spices or cooking supplies you need.It's small space, but it's clean and well maintained.

We had a great time. The property was just as described, and worked just fine for our family of 5. I would stay again!

Lovely little escape with plenty of room for a family of four and all the basic amenities needed, hallie recommend only a block from the beach

Stayed here for a week and it was great! Property managers are great and very accommodating. They had a ton of supplies to last us the week, such as dish soaps and toilet paper. Property felt clean and safe. My only real complaint would be the view off the back deck, no real privacy since it’s very open to the properties surrounding it. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The unit is only a 3 min walk to a beautiful beach. The unit was very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The property was just as it looked like in the pictures. It was a lovely property and so close to the beach. Perfect for watching sunsets and getting some sun.Also a great location to walk to otrestaurants.

Fawn & Kevin are excellent hosts. They were very responsive to the few issues we had. This duplex shares laundry facilities with the other renters. We each had specific times to use the machines. Evidently the other renters were not aware of that. In the long run it worked out okay.

We loved this property! We had our 1.5yr old with us and the travel crib being available for us was amazing. Great location to the beach and an easy trolley or golf cart ride away from restaurants.

This property is in an ideal location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our short 3-night visit while we attended a wedding in downtown Sarasota. During our time there, we rented a golf cart to explore the island, which was such a fun experience. We also got to enjoy some amazing local cuisine. This place is truly special, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay in the summer! It exceeded all our expectations and made our trip even more memorable.

Very nice place! Close walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Nice little 2nd/2bath place. Updated bathrooms, king sized bed in master. Kitchen was nice too. Suggestion: more seating in living room and a nicer table and chairs for dining. Our first time on AMI. We’ll be back!
