We are located in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of many famous attractions, restaurants, and bars. Our condo also has huge windows with an amazing panoramic view of the north side of KC. The North Loop station of the streetcar (which you can ride for free) is right in front of our building. The location is absolutely unbeatable.

The welcoming living area is furnished with a comfy queen sleeper sofa, an armchair, and 43” TV Smart TV.We also have a dedicated workspace.
KITCHEN & DINING
Though our location is close to the best restaurants in Kansas City--you can still whip up tasty meals in the kitchen -- equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, helpful gadgets, a Keurig coffee maker, and toaster.
When you are ready to eat, gather at our dining table and have a delicious meal while looking out at the city.
BEDROOM & BATH
Our space sleeps up to four guests between the king size bedroom and a sleeper sofa. We provide you with clean lush linens and also some extras if you need more.

This conveniently located apartment is located between Power and Light and Rivermarket district. Easy access to major highways.The streetcar station is located in front of our building. You can hop in and explore and check out the vibrant neighborhoods and the best attractions Kansas City has to offer. You can also use Bird scooters or Uber/Lyft to get around the city.
We offer FREE parking for one vehicle. Park and ride the Streetcar to must see areas in KC.

We will provide you with a key fob that will provide you access to our unit as well as our building amenities.

The Neighborhood:
We are located right in the center of downtown KC. A few steps from Power and Light District and the vibrant neighborhood of Rivermarket. Everything you want to do is very walkable!
Getting Around:
The streetcar North Loop station is literally right in front of our building. You can ride it for free! Bird scooters are also abundant, we always have a few around our building. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. PARK in your designated parking. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
