Stay at North Beach Motel! Across the street from North Beach!

It needs a lot of updating. The pictures show the ocean you can NOT see the ocean there is a sea wall! Obviously old pictures

So the listing said that you could sleep four in this room but we were extremely cramped with just the two of us. There are no luggage racks or dresser so you will be living out of your suit case. The bed was comfy but it was a full size not a queen. We are fit people so it was a minor inconvenience for us, but if you’re big people, you will not be comfortable. Decor was eclectic. And parking is a major PITA. There are chairs right outside the window to sit and relax. But because parking is limited the spot right in front of our door is a parking spot for somebody in the apartment next to us and if somebody’s parked there, you’re not relaxing at all and if it’s a big vehicle, you are almost blocked in and have to move chairs to even get out. As the listing says it’s not hi-end accommodations and you get what you pay for. But the beach is great and the distance from my sister’s was ideal for us. Thank you Tyler. .

Location is what you are paying for here. Great to be right across from the beach and have a parking space. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Beds need to be updated and showers need cosmetic repair.

Great place to stay if you want a beach stay , but also peace and quite. It is on the north side of Hampton which is more quite and family friendly. We also did not have to leave hotel to see fireworks off the beach. I recommend this location if you want a long weekend break from the hustle of everyday life

Dog freindlyness is good. Always a clean room.

Exactly as described/pictures. Right across from the beach. Very clean. Walls were thin so we could occasionally hear other occupants but the host provided complimentary ear plugs. We did not need them. Pet friendly so keep in mind if you have pet allergies. Overall a great place to stay very clean and close to restaurants/attractions.

Very small space. The listing says room for an air mattress so you can sleep 4 people but I would consider that a stretch. 2 adults and 2 kids in this space was so incredibly cramped. The air conditioner also did not work which was a major letdown. It kept turning on and off constantly and wouldn't let you change modes. I was concerned about a fire so had to unplug it. 4 people in this hot stuffy room... we slept horribly. The only awesome thing about this room for us was the close proximity to the beach. For the price we paid for one night we definitely won't be back. One hundred fifty a night for seafood fest weekend was fine, but after all of the vrbo fees I paid double that for a tiny, hot room that was not big enough for our family of 4.

It was small but right across the street from North Beach. Relatively quiet & pleasant. Just what we needed for a quick end of summer overnight getaway- with a beach! Perhaps a little pricey but it was Labor Day weekend.

The location was perfect and a quick easy walk to a beautiful beach. I didn’t realize this was a motel when we booked it, its the ocean edge motel. The space itself wasn’t great and not sure it’s worth the price. Definitely outdated but has a good bed. The air conditioning didn’t work and the outlets kept tripping off and on all day/ night. For one night it was fine, but not sure I’d spend more than that

We had a very nice weekend visit. It was a major plus being able to take our dog. Price was extremely reasonable. Right across the beach so it was nice walking in the morning. The parking was tight but we knew that to begin with. We would stay here again.
