Spotless Coastal Efficiency in Cocoa Beach! - Unit B

The property was very clean as advertised. They also provide everything you need for a day at the beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas etc. Would stay there again.

The property owner went out of her way to explain the checkin and checkout procedure and even got new batteries for the TV I didn’t even use. She also made sure the Wi-Fi was working but I was off the grid so who needs Wi-Fi! Thanks for such great service.

Very nice property, well maintained. The rooms are small but for two people it's perfect for a quick weekend getaway. My only gripe was that I tried to communicate with the host via the VRBO portal and never got a response from them. Other than that, it was a very nice experience and I recommend this property.

Oonce. I figured out how to get in I was fine. Room code instructions could have been better. Essy once I spoke with anothrr guest. Property was dark when I got there 8:00 pm. Outside ofbthat, I thought the place was great.

Property was very clean and well updated. I liked that you just used your code to get in when arriving and no need to wait in a lobby to check in. Very responsive through the app. Amazing location so close to the beach you won’t mind that it’s not right on the beach.

Loved the proximity to the beach - just a short walk. Lived how clean everything was, and loved the availability of beach chairs and such. Communication of details was terrific.

Hidden gem, close to the beach. Property manager was incredible, local property staff felt like a friend and would do anything for you. Great ammenities and location.

The property is clean and safe. Everything in the unit was organized.

My wife and I stayed four nights for a short get away. The pictures of the room and area are accurate and the room was very clean.Be aware that the rooms are small but the outside area is great and while you aren't having a group in the room it was great for the wife and I.Beach access was just a short walk we made each day and having access to a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and anything else you need for the beach was also a plus.We enjoyed the town and breakfast .3 miles at Joanne's Beachside Cafe, was a great daily breakfast at a great price.Recommend and expect I will book again for a long weekend get away.

Everything was supplied and also super clean and new! Beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, sand toys, laundry facilities (free) just everything was perfect. Across the street from the beach!

This is our second stay here. It is a wonderful place with everything you may need. It is clean and the communication was excellent. We will be back again.

We stayed in Unit B in the spring and we were very happy with the size, amenities and the cleanliness. We took full advantage of the wagon, chairs and cooler for our beach sitting which was a close board walk away. We are booked to go back to AVA in the upcoming spring.
