Very cool loft in a prime location to be close Enterprise and other sporting events. Owners were very organized and easy to contact. STL late night is a little sketchy walking around the city. Would suggest Ubering to & from VRBO at night hours.
Thank you for the great spot downtown! Very entertaining and exciting!
8-man bachelor party and it was a great spot for all of us.
Place was wonderful, host was responsive. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay while we were in town to watch baseball!
Very cool place for the 6 of us guys there for a 2 day race vacation..close enough to wLk to the dome, great restaurants, incredible street vendors food's, walk to the casino. At the end of the day watch the large projected TV and play poker on the provided table. Will do it again!
The space was beautiful and looked exactly as it was listed. We had an amazing time celebrating my husbands 30th birthday here but ran into a few bumps throughout the weekend. - Code provided to get into the building did not work. Attempted to call the property owner but did not get an answer so was stuck outside with all of our belongings until a resident was able to let us in. Eventually texted the property manager and she was able to give us a new code. - The listing stated a pullout coach for extra room but there were NO extra sheets, blankets, or pillows. No toiletries such as soap or shampoo to make the trip easier or feel like home. The floors were dirty and sticky on arrival, shoes were a must. Had to ask the neighbors for a wine opener, they were so kind! Thankfully we don’t live too far so easily able to run home and grab what we needed, but things that could easily be accommodated to make this stay a 4-5 star. I will continue to recommend this space to others but come prepared!!
Great spot, would recommend
Great place for a guys weekend, sports themed with some fun extras. Walking distance to all the downtown stadiums and other attractions. Neighborhood is what you'd expect in pretty much any American city so don't expect Mayberry. Only issue we had was getting into the building. We were sent the wrong code, but it was cleared up within 15 minutes and everything was smooth sailing after that. Recommended.
We had a great stay in Rachel’s Sport’s themed loft. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for celebrating my son’s 18th birthday. The poker table, basketball game, and projector were a HUGE hit! I gave the 5 star rating for the actual condo, which was amazing! With that being said, the only negative was the location. If I had been on a girl’s trip, we would not have stayed. Thankfully, both my husband and son carry so I was confident about getting into and out of the condo. The street gets blocked off over the weekend and the party life begins. We sat on the balcony enjoying the breeze until we witnessed 3 masked men breaking into cars on the street below. According to a local, that happens every day so don’t park behind the condo. The door leading to the balcony does not lock. We used a belt to tie the opening apparatus to prevent opening. This was especially unnerving after witnessing said break ins right below. We parked in the gated lot on 14th street. There is also a Hookah Lounge next door with accompany smells. We had planned to walk to many attractions nearby but quickly changed that plan.
Overall we loved our stay; however, there were several factors that left our group of 6 women feeling unsafe. The neighborhood seemed to transition to unsafe about two blocks from the VRBO and multiple locals commented on our location being borderline. We did experience multiple homeless men sleeping on the side of the street and going through purses, the street smelled like urine, and we had two different homeless men threaten to rob us and put us back into the perimeter, while chasing us. I wish the door to the balcony was better secured. It wouldn't take much effort to open it. We found that the front door of the building, which had a keypad for access, was always open. Once in the VRBO we really liked the theme and the accommodations.
