Splendid Sea View, Beach, Penthouse, Internet, SmartTV, SatTV,AC, Welcome Pack

We did appreciate so much our stay, a 10 ! The property is amazing, well kept and very quite. This is what we are searching for. The views, just waouh. Communication with Joy very easy, amazing pack when arriving, thanks again Joy. Just back home since 1h and my kids want to go back.

We spent two weeks here relaxing and exploring the area. This property was in a great location, just a short stroll out the door and onto the beach! The unit was well maintained and clean and the welcome package and beach items that were provided were such a welcome addition. The host met us for check in and provided lots of useful tips and info about the area. The complex was very quiet and the grounds we well kept. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Joy was a gracious hostess. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this unit.

The apartment was just as we expected - a very accurate description and photos. There was absolutely everything you could possibly need and all was of high quality - we could think of nothing that was missing! The welcome pack was a clear plus and meant you did not have to go to the shops immediately. Beach towels and reclining beach chairs another plus as was the provision of shopping bags and even a crate to put in the car. Joy was there when we arrived and gave us a full account of what there was to do in the area. She had clearly spent a lot of time making sure everything was as easy as possible with detailed instructions on how to use the various machines and info on restaurants, places to see etc. All in all, I cannot over praise the apartment and the ease of corresponding with Joy.

We were very happy with the time we stayed in Denia, and have to say we loved the location of this apartment. Several restaurants within a 20 minute walk and a short drive into the center of Denia. The apartment itself is very clean and fully equipped for you stay. I have to say, the welcome pack was amazing and very much appreciated. We had been on the go for about 24 hours when we got there and the welcome pack got us through the first night and breakfast the next day. Joy was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely book again.

Joy is an excellent host. We have stayed at several VRBOs in Spain and this was our best experience. From the detailed information on sights to see and restaurants to try, info on using the various appliances and a fabulous welcome basket, it was a pleasure to stay in the lovely apartment. We enjoyed the lovely terrace and the grounds. Hope to return next year.

Lovely, quiet apartment with everything you could need for a week of exploring the beaches, hills and towns of the area. Denia is a perfect location for visiting Valencia, Xavea, Altea etc although you’ll need a car. There are two comfortable bedrooms, large living/dining area, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of parking including a garage space. Whilst the apartment is on the fourth floor there a lift if you need one. The flat is in a small gated complex 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach but also has a lovely large communal pool. Denia is a 5 minute drive and looks to be on a bus route although we didn’t use this. Denia is a truly beautiful town with a large marina, fabulous shopping and great bars and restaurants. Altogether it was a fab week with unusually warm weather as an added bonus. Joy is a great host who is there if need her but there really isn’t anything you’ll need her for. Highly recommended

A friend and I have just had a lovely 10 day stay at Joy's apartment. The apartment is really comfortable and being able to see and hear the sea from both the balcony and when falling asleep was a treat. Joy is a lovely host and has obviously really thought about what her guests might need to self-cater, so the kitchen is really well stocked, and everything is provided for a trouble-free stay. As recommended by Joy, a car is ideal as the apartment is in a less populated area of Denia, so not within immediate walking distance of shops and restaurants, but we would recommend Pizzeria Fratelli (10 minutes' walk) which does a lot more than pizzas and is very reasonably priced. There's also a lovely beach at Les Bovides, a short drive away, where you can rent sunloungers at the Beach Bar Mojito Denia, just at the end of Sigonia Street and the hamburgers are fantastic! Thank you Joy for all your help and attention to detail.

The stay was really lovely! Joy is a very pleasant person who made us feel welcome. There was a small problem with 1 of the ac units, Joy immediately took action and all was good within 24h. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Also, the garden and pool are is also beautiful and well cared for daily!

We really enjoyed two weeks at this apartment. The apartment is very comfortable , clean and very well equipped for self catering. It has beautiful views of the sea , river and mountains and is only a very short walk to the beach. There are good restaurants in both directions within walking distance. There is also a good supermarket a very short drive away . The apartment is well placed to explore this part of Spain which is very picturesque. We recommend this apartment. Thank you Joy
