Very nice ground floor in Nieuwport, a few steps from the beach. The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts and is composed of:
beautiful and large very bright living room, 2 bedrooms, entrance hall, equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, gas hobs, 4 spouts), bathroom with bath - shower and sink.
Flat screen TV with Telenet cable + high speed internet via wi-fi.
Appart where there are 8 beds.
Ideally located less than 50m from the beach, on the ground floor in the seafront block .. Direct access to the dike, near the pier and starting point for beautiful walks to the nearby port.
Being on the ground floor, direct access to the dike and the beach via a balcony door.
Ideal with children and for people with disabilities and / or reduced mobility
Private parking (25 € / Week.) The car park is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Very useful during holidays, because finding a parking space can sometimes turn into a nightmare.

For hygienic reasons, we do not provide sheets and bathrobes; we do provide pillows and comforters.
Ludo and Sonja are a couple of pensioners who carry out our check in and check out.
The consumption, electricity, water and gas are payable at the end of your stay. On your arrival and departure, Ludo will give you the electricity, gas and water indices.
Do not worry: if you use the apartment responsibly (turn off the lights, turn down the heating at night), the bill will be very low (the heating is gas)

The ground floor apartment's location was perfect as it was directly on the promenade and was ideal for my disabled parents to access. Guy and Ludo were very accommodating and I would recommend this apartment. No doubt my family and I will be returning in the near future.
