Very clean room, nicely furnished and cozy condo. Host was professional, kind, friendly and provided additional information about dining and entertainment in Traverse City. Stayed Sep 8, 2025The efficiency apartment was well stocked with all we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was lovely and the balcony was perfect for snacks at sunset. The check in was simple and the host was available had we needed her.We were there 9/7-9/11 so it was very quiet. I am sure children enjoy the shallow water and beach in the summer.

The location is perfect with gorgeous views of the bay and evening sunsets. Dawn is a fabulous host; very thoughtful and gave helpful suggestions for places to go and things to see and do. Her communication was excellent. I would definitely return (and hope to some day) and have been recommending her lovely space to my friends.

Stayed Apr 28, 2025This is an amazing location in regards to Traverse City and all things that are north of there. Downtown is a short drive and the crazy traffic is slightly out of the way. An Acme township park is directly connected to the property for wonderful walks. The host responds fast and with helpful information. I am looking forward to returning!
