Spectacular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday apartment located in the exclusive Benamara urbanization, within the Venalmar complex. It features a communal pool, landscaped gardens, and direct beach access just a few meters from the property.

The apartment boasts a spacious and bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a sitting area with sofa, armchair, pouf, Smart TV, and access to a large private south-facing terrace with a dining table for 6 and a chill-out area surrounded by greenery.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen also includes a dining table for 6 guests and a guest toilet.

All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms:

One with two single beds (90x200 cm), built-in wardrobe, and bathroom with shower.

Another with two 105x200 cm beds, wardrobe, terrace access, and bathroom with shower.

The master bedroom is very spacious, with two 105x200 cm beds, two walk-in closets, terrace access, and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, and separate toilet.

The property includes a private outdoor parking space right next to the entrance. The complex offers well-maintained gardens, a communal pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), and direct access to the beach.

Set in a peaceful, nature-surrounded area, the apartment is just 5 minutes by car from shops and services, 10 minutes from Estepona, and 15 minutes from Marbella. A beachfront chiringuito is also just a short walk away.

    Wonderful apartment in a very peaceful location. Beautiful grounds. Property manager Hilary very thoughtful and helpful. A few niggles with electrics and not enough glasses but 5* overall.
