60 sqm apartment, recently renovated and furnished in a modern style with all new furniture, located in an elegant building in the heart of the elegant and safe VOMERO neighborhood, in a strategic position for visiting Naples on foot. It is in fact a few steps from the Metro station (Line 1) Piazza Vanvitelli and from the stations of the three Funiculars. It is also a few steps from the pedestrian shopping area of via Scarlatti and via Luca Giordano, characterized by shops, trattorias, pizzerias, bars, markets, theaters, cinemas etc.
The house consists of a lounge (in which there is a sofa bed convertible into a double bed), an equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishes, glasses, tablecloth and all the necessary utensils for cooking), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
But if you don't feel like cooking, don't worry, because a few steps away are the best pizzerias, pubs and restaurants in Naples where you can appreciate Neapolitan and non-Neapolitan cuisine.
The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and one infant.
It is possible to add, on request, a cot and a high chair for babies / children.
In the same building and on the same floor we have another apartment (which can comfortably accommodate three people), also completely renovated and furnished with new furniture, consisting of a lounge (in which there is a sofa bed that converts into a bed of 1 , 20 m) with an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with new windows with double glazing, independent heating, air conditioning in every room, free wifi internet, hairdryer and a LED TV. The first supply of bed linen and towels is included. All towels and shower towels are 100% cotton.
Soap and shower shampoo are free.
Daily house cleaning can be requested at an additional cost.
In case of special requests, we will do our best to satisfy them upon communication at the time of booking.
The apartment is located 300 meters from the Piazza Vanvitelli underground station. However, it is also easily accessible by car (a few minutes from exit n. 9 - VOMERO / VIA CILEA - of the Tangenziale di Napoli) because it is located just outside the pedestrian area of via Scarlatti / Via Luca Giordano (it is only 100 meters from the apartment), but being quite difficult to find a place along the road, it is advisable to park the car in a paid garage (20 euros per night) located right in front of the house.

The apartment is located in a strategic position both for visiting the exclusive and famous hillside district of Vomero with its main tourist attractions (Castel Sant'Elmo, the Certosa di San Martino, La Floridana Park with the National Museum of Ceramics Duca di Martina and the pedestrian shopping area of via Scarlatti, via Luca Giordano and Piazza Vanvitelli) but also for visiting the entire city of Naples thanks to its proximity to the VANVITELLI metro station (Line 1) and the three funiculars.
The apartment is located in the residential VOMERO neighborhood, characterized by many shops, banks, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, ice cream parlors, pubs, pubs, bars, markets, boutiques, craft and design shops, pharmacies, cinemas, etc. A few steps from the apartment there is a characteristic ANTIGNANO market. So there is everything you could wish for while on vacation.
The apartment is located near the underground station (Line 1) Piazza Vanvitelli and the three stations of the Funiculars (Funicular of Chiaia, Central Funicular and Funicular of Montesanto), so it is very easy to reach and visit all the districts of the the city of Naples as the area of the historic center (the Church of Santa Chiara, the Cappella di Sansevero, the Duomo, underground Naples, the Decumani, Piazza del Gesù, San Gregorio Armeno, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore etc.), the residential district of Chiaia (Castel Dell'Ovo, waterfront via Partenope, Piazza dei Martiri, via dei Mille, via Chiaia, via Roma and the ancient Galleria Umberto, the theater S. Carlo and the Royal Palace) etc. .
Thanks to the underground (Line 1), the BEVERELLO pier (Municipio metro station) is easily reachable from where hydrofoils leave for the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.
