Stayed Apr 7, 2022main bedroom and view very good, lounge area poor, bathroom good, kitchen , laundry a bit of a mismatch. cleaners had not moved microwave or cooktop to wipe bench which was dirty. probably a fair enough beach type accommodation but definitely not top line . also exterior was a bit tired. altogether ok but I wouldn't rave about it- six out of ten,

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Mostly a pleasant stay, but any time the people upstairs ran water the pipes were noisy. We had some problems with appliances, and there are no instructions or booklets to help. Good location. Some info about the coastal walk would be useful, I found it by accident.Comms from both Bookabach and Bach Break were confusing!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Great view of sea. Clean and good facilities. Nowhere to hang towels and our bedroom door to outside wouldn't open. Highly recommend. Great value.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023The property was tidy and clean. It had everything we needed for our weekend up in New Plymouth. The upstairs people were noisy when they came in, in the early hours of the morning.

We love the outlook and the location. Very private in a rural setting but right in Bell Block and walking distance to amenities. Highly recommend.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: was ok but being in underneath of house was a bit unfortunate. the rest of the setup was not up to the same standard as the main bedroom, which was very good.Great outlook over the sea with spectacular sunrise which is one reason why we chose it. overall I would rate it 3 out of 5
