Stayed Jun 26, 2020The location was great, and had a beautiful view. The apartment had everything we needed and more. There were toys, books, games, and a outside play area for the kids. Short walks to whatever you need. The owners were very helpful and kind, answering questions and giving recommendations even before we arrived. They even called to check in to make sure everything was good since they could not be there when we checked in. Wonderful place to stay.

Stayed Dec 22, 2017We greatly enjoyed 5 nights over Christmas at Jürgen and Ursula’s. They welcomed us at the parking - easy to find with their directions if a little tight - and helped get our bags up to the attic flat. The space was perfect for 3 adults and the views over the Blue Wonder bridge were delightful. It was a 10-minute walk down the hill and over the bridge to a tram stop that took us to city center, though there were plenty of restaurants and a small grocery near the bridge as well. They let us wash a load of laundry, and even left us some stollen on Christmas Eve! I would definitely recommend their place for a family visiting Dresden.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is exactly as described on the pictures. We stayed for 10 days, being 5 adults , 1 kid and 1 very young baby and we were very comfortable, the apartment being well equipped and the rooms being big enough. The view and neighborhood and really lovely, and Jürgen and Ursula are super sweat hosts, I warmly recommend spending some time in the Villa ! Nicolas.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a beautiful villa on a very steep hill with great views of the river. The parking is extremely tight on a reasonably busy road so we left it there most of the stay. Dresden has great public transport which you could access within a few mins walk from the apartment. It is definitely not a villa for the aged or infirmed as there is a steep hill and 3 flights of stairs to get to the loft apartment. It has 3 reasonable sized bedrooms with dormer windows and a modern bathroom with bath & shower plus a cosy kitchen/dinging/lounge area, which was fine for our family. The owners were away for most of our stay but arrived home just before we left and they were very accommodating. We had access to their washing machine and they provided a high chair and cot for our stay. The location is a little away from from the old town but easily accessible by bus and tram.
