Home from home so comfortable clean had everything we needed and more, lovely location close but far away from noise parking was nearby would definitely recommend. Got to say and no put down on the apartment the entrance is tired and could do with a lick of paint but hey apartment is so lovely and spacious ?x
We couldn't get a bath because the hot water wouldn't work.
Good location, very clean and warm.
The property is very clean and very spacious, there's two comfortable bedrooms, one with ensuite and plenty or space to use as a dressing area and place a travel cot. The living area is a nice area with nice kitchen area, views of the sea and very cosy. Parking is no problem as there is a space to the rear of the property Checkin and checkout was effortless and if there was any issues (which we had none) there was someone a phonecall away. The location is perfect for the seafront, a nice little walk down two streets of shops and your there. We enjoyed our stay and are looking to return
Top notch . Very helpful staff Good response to any queries Apartment clean , spacious
Got shown to a different flat by Peter he said the one I was meant to be in was full and Steff said for us to be put here, it was nice and had no complaints even though I’d meant to have a double instead of twin beds and a travel cot in room but I said don’t worry about the beds we’ll make do and send a cot when you can. 2 days later Steff calls in the morning just as were about to go out for the day and says were in wrong flat and had to move, we had all our stuff unpacked and in drawers etc, she said she’d send someone up to help us move but we are all keeping distance due to pandemic so don’t want people coming in and handling our stuff but she just mocked the social distance thing and said I hope u social distance at the beach, her attitude was appalling and she just lied as she firstly said that they were cleaning the new flat as previous people had just left so would be ready in 15 mins, but if I was put in wrong flat then that one would have been empty, they overbook you then just stick you anywhere then move you. When I tried to argue my point she snootily said I’m not having this hassle for the money I paid and told me just go to a travel lodge if I didn’t like it, Telling a family with a 1 year old and a 4 year old to get out just because they had made a mistake, she then tried to put the blame on peter who showed me to the flat, who was a lovely person but I don’t believe for a minute it was his fault as he said at the beginning Steff said to put yous in here! I then had to move all our things which ruined a day of our holiday and we had to cancel the trip we had planned as we were too late for it, in the new flat we got asked again if the twin should be a double and I said yes and they said they’d come back, they never, when I contacted Steff she cheekily replied, They “push” together! And when I asked why the WiFi wasn’t working she just said seagulls. I wouldn’t touch one of these flats again with a barge pole, they seem nice but u just get put anywhere Steff feels then has you moving and ruining a day of your holiday and her attitude stinks, she thinks saying I’m sorry but you’ll have to move there’s nothing I can do is an apology.
Apartment was absolutely lovely and in a fabulous location near all amenities. Loved the bottle of prosecco left for us. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely return
