Very clean and nice for me and my pets. Nice area to walk all around the side streets. Good value, I would stay here again.
Walkable to Gulfport beach. Quiet.
Nice place but a bit dated as described by prior visitors. We happy we were able to get a little earlier check-in. I will say....the extra fees were likely MUCH LESS than other comparable properties...which may justify the somewhat dated interior. This was a quick 2-night getaway and served us very well.
We were in town for the Veterans Day bike ride at Fort DeSoto. This quiet but yet close location provided us with easy access to everything. It worked out perfectly for us.
Room was spacious with the enough amenities to make the stay a home away from home.
Property was good, could do with a little upgrade in the kitchen and landscaping outside as lawn was overgrown. Great location for everything.
We stayed for the weekend. Lisa ,the manager, was very kind to answer our questions promptly. The kitchen probably need a couple of new pans, and one more ice tray, upgrade the bed spread. The place is good ,and we enjoyed it.It is also pet friendly. We had our little dog with us.
Lisa was very responsive, and sweet. The room was awesome and the location was even better!
The Studio is exactly as described. We got here 24 hours early and Lisa accommodated us with renting us another unit nearby for a reasonable price. She was quick to respond and very friendly. Will be staying in the Studio again for our next vacation!
We loved our stay here! It was a perfect location to the beach and shops! And had everything we needed (except bikes or beach chairs) to make our stay enjoyable! We loved having a kitchen to eat and cook!
The host was exceptional! More than accommodating. Property was exactly as advertised. Would recommend to anyone.
A little dated, but comfortable. FYI. Could use better attention to cleaning. Inside Trash barrell was dirty and smelled. Bed ruffle had stains and needs to be washed. Bed head board shelves were dusty and not clean. Price and location was good. We enjoyed our stay
Very nice little house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the town square lots to do in this area
The studio was as expected and very tidy. Gulfport was even more welcoming than expected, and a short drive to wonderful beaches and state parks.
First time to the Sunshine State and not really sure what to expect. The recommended hotels in Pass-a-Grille were ridiculously expensive and we were trying to do this weekend on the cheap. Thankfully this rental was perfect for out. It was located about 15 minutes from the venue for my girlfriend's conference and about 15 minutes the other direction to St. Petersburg. Our only regret, we didn't spend by 20 minutes walking the historic district the night before leaving, but we will be looking to our next stay. We arrived a bit later, but the owner had communicated with me on a regular basis and there were no issues opening the lockbox, retrieving the key and getting into the studio. It was an open layout with a small closet and bathroom with a queen size bed and full kitchen. We didn't do any cooking on this trip, so it went unused. The facilities were a bit dated, but everything worked. We had hot water, good water pressure and the air conditioning was blowing cold air, as it was mid-80s and 70% upon arrival. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, easy parking right in front of the studio. We are returning in July and are planning on using this same rental if it's available. Thank you for the accomedations!
We stayed there for 10 days. The location is great, we were able to use our bikes all around and get access to restaurants, shops, coffee shops and so on. The checkin process is very simple. Everything is as described. Good internet which was nice for me as I had to work. Parking spots that easily fitted our van. Kitchen and bathroom as described and very functional. You also have access to a washer and dryer, We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to be leaving.
My sister was impressed she wants to come back in the near future. Thank you so much.
My Girlfriend and I spent three days/evenings at this property in April 2022. The room was just as described and had all the amenities needed for a restful fun stay. Most importantly, the property was clean, which is an absolute must for us. Lisa (the property owner) was very pleasant during our phone conversations and her hospitality was greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Gulfport.
Close to local attractions, quiet place to retire for the evening.
