Spacious Studio Apartment Only Minutes Away from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course!

Private apartment built on to unique century schoolhouse. Hosts were incredible! Everything was impeccably clean.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was large enough for the two of us. The outdoor wood deck with gas grill and dining table were a nice bonus adding to our fun weekend. The hosts were very kind, gracious and amenable. Being a race car fan the location to the race track was perfect.

This was perfect for my HPDE event at Mid Ohio from Friday through Sunday. Just minutes from the track so there was no need to leave the area once I arrived Friday afternoon. I used the grill for steaks and had dinner on the deck. The internet worked great and so did the cable TV. The Dollar General was 800 feet away and was all I needed for beverages. This will be my first choice on the next trip.

Upon a recent visit to see family in this area we thought that this property looked like it might be a refreshing break from a hotel. We certainly were not disappointed. The lovely gas stove and the well appointed kitchen allowed us to fix a great breakfast, which was served to our relative on the deck overlooking the woods. The bed was extremely comfortable and the host and hostess were very gracious and accommodating.

This was such an amazing place! Perfect for what we needed. Art and Donna were so hospitable! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Looking forward to staying there again next time.

We love visiting here! We have stayed multiple times for events within a 30min drive. New updates are beautiful! New counter tops and a shower makeover welcomed us this visit. No matter how busy you are, take a moment to enjoy the pretty views and sounds of the property!

For a weekend race at mid Ohio this location can't be great. Great couple that own it. Loved the are so cute!

We rented this for the weekend to attend the Moto America races die to it's close proximity to the track. The location was perfect - less than 5 minutes from the entrance. and there is a huge reservoir and park less than a mile away. . Our hosts were there to greet us when we arrived. They were very nice and checked to see if we needed anything anytime they saw us. It's spacious, clean, and well maintained. We plan on going back again soon.

This was our second time staying and it did not disappoint. We left again wishing we had more time to enjoy the beautiful yard and the private deck. Having a full kitchen to come home to after a full day out is great. There is even small appliances if we needed. Great communication and just a text away if you have questions including recommendations in the area. We will be back again!

What a really nice find! We enjoyed our stay so much and the unit was clean and ready for our stay. It’s a beautiful setting in the woods and the owner’s couldn’t have done a better jobs and very accommodating.

Super place to stay when attending events at Mid Ohio. So relaxing after a day at the track. Driveway is perfect for low clearance cars if you’re driving one to the track for the weekend! So much better than a hotel with your neighbors up all night partying! No worries of damage to your car either as parking is very open (no door dings here or instagram photo shoots on your car without your knowledge.)
